Martin Kr. Feet primarily works with real property, transactions and company law. Strong expertise in the development and execution of residential building projects. This includes work dealing with property acquisition, contractors, zoning plans, development contracts, building applications, planning and building law, construction contracts, consumer contracts for the sale of homes and complaints. As a member of the property development committee of Standards Norway in the period 2005-2011, Martin Kr. Feet helped revise consumer contracts for homes, specifically forms 3425, 3426, 3427, 3428 and 3429.
